THERE IS NO SPOON

Sail Away by Juli Krasinski

Written & Illustrated by Juli Krasinski

Swishing, wishing, upon a star.

Way up there, so very far.

What you dream of in the night,

wish for on that star so bright.

Dreams may come, now bend your mind.

Mysteries wait, what secrets find.

Twinkle, wrinkle, time may tell.

Each day cast a shining spell.

Fellows join, each in hand,

singing songs, enchanted band.

Swelling tides, imagined space.

Flitting round but keeping pace.

Sleeping, steeping, what's your game?

It matters not, we're all the same.

Wish I may, wish you might,

reach the dream, it's there in sight.

Laughter bring now peace to all.

Because that star will never fall.

Mother, Artist, Gypsy and Hermit

Juli is a very odd artist who seems strange even to her friends and loved ones. She had a very weird childhood which is reflected in her eccentric behavior and art. We're not sure what she does in her spare time, but we believe it consists of barefeet, cats and lots of laughing.

Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once she grows up." -- Pablo Picasso
