The Grudge Upon My Light: Part I
by Cassandra

Once upon my grudge there was a little girl with this spooky hair that looked like a grudge.

All of a sudden she heard a noise, but she didn’t care. She went on with brushing her hair she thought that if she waited a few more minutes it would make the noise again but it didn’t.

Her mom said, “Grace if you want to go to the fair, you’ve got to go to sleep.”

Grace asked her mom if she could sleep with her tonight. She didn’t want to have any bad luck before the fair. She wanted to be really lucky.

She said, “Mommy, what was it that made you tough and brave.”

Her Mom said, I learned how to do it, because my daddy said that if you face your fears, it means you can free your mind to do anything.”

Grace asked her mom, “What did you set your mind to, when facing your fears?”

“Nothing except for helping you be the girls that you are today.” Momma said.

“I don’t do anything for being your girl,” said Grace, and all of a sudden Grace and her Mom heard a sound. A very unnoticeable thing, then the chair began moving and the walls were shaking. To be continued...
